A fair disclaimer: finishes can vary widely by brand, manufacturer, and supplier. These blog posts will strictly be focusing on Hickory Hardware finishes and their respective names.

Today we’ll be covering our top Pewter finishes.

Antique Pewter

Antique Pewter is a weathered medium silver finish with a softly brushed pattern and highlights black antiquing in the recesses of the hardware. Overall it is matte in appearance and will coordinate well with other fixtures that feature a weathered or vintage effect.

Brushed Black Nickel

Brushed Black Nickel features a distinctive highly brushed and slightly warm gray-black pattern and will coordinate well with other black, pewter and black stainless fixtures. It has a low lustre protective coating for added durability and protection and is similar in color to Black Nickel Vibed.

Black Nickel Vibed

Black Nickel Vibed has a unique mottled and weathered appearance similar in color to Brushed Black Nickel but without brushing. The antiquing is highlighted in the recesses of the hardware over a medium silver base color.

Black Mist
