See Part of Our History at the Grand Rapids Art Museum!

GRAM free viewing days:

  • Tuesdays from 12-6pm
  • Thursdays from 5-9pm.

Hickory Hardware’s founding company, Keeler Brass, began nearly 130 years ago, founded by three brothers during the economic downturn of 1893. They acquired and transformed a failing manufacturer into one of the city’s largest and most successful employers. One of the brothers, Miner S., was pivotal in leading the charge of the company. The philanthropic efforts of Miner S. and his wife, Mary Ann Keeler, can still be seen today.
